I'm so glad you're here.

I'm DeShonna—wellness coach, dancer, mompreneur, and someone who genuinely lights up when connecting with people and their stories.

Movement was my first language as a dancer and athlete, but like many, life's challenges pushed me into survival mode—leaving me disconnected from my body, my joy, and my essence. Rebuilding that connection became my turning point. The mind-body principles I now teach help me not just survive—but move again, feel again, and truly live again.

From movement instructor to earning my master’s in health psychology, my journey revealed that lasting wellness happens when we move beneath the surface. I discovered transformation runs deeper than just eating better or moving more—it happens when we address what lies beneath: stress, trauma, deep-rooted beliefs, and nervous system patterns. When met with compassion, clarity, and conviction, genuine healing begins.

  • Coaching focuses on moving forward with support, strategy, and accountability. While therapy is often past-focused and clinical, coaching at The Wellthy University is present + future-oriented and centers on aligned action, body awareness, and behavioral patterns. It’s not a replacement for therapy—but it can complement it beautifully.

  • Completely okay. That’s what the free 15-minute Clarity Call is for—so we can explore your needs and see what support makes the most sense for where you are on your journey.

  • We do! Flexible payment options are available for coaching packages so you can choose what works best for your needs and your budget.

  • This is our official launch window, and we're honoring intro rates for a limited time. Full pricing begins 1 June 2025, so now is the best time to commit if you're ready for transformation.
